PERSONAL PASSIONS
BETRAYAL
The materials include lingerie-effect jacquards, lace and mesh overlays and bustier padding with a clear reference to the theme of betrayal. Patinas and coatings, vinyl pinstripes on menswear classics and macro stripes with contrasting textures play against each other on the level of transgression and three-dimensionality.
Macro bouclé and grosgrain gauze make femininity even more sophisticated, while jacquard toile de Jouy and ultralight mélange provide the most romantic look.
The details focus on the soft and precious taping and on the zips proposed both with laminations and coatings and with lace-effect finishes, which also characterise the labels.
The embroideries are inspired by Valenciennes lace, the borders are made of shiny macramé, and the buttons are made of hammered metal, micro or macro, sometimes gold-plated and shiny.
The muted hues, the alternating play of light and dark and the intensity of glossy blacks enhance the seductive appeal of the materials in this "Story", which the sophisticated elegance of cream and the woolly nuances of camel render timeless.
The materials are natural, the fibres raw, the thickness substantial and the embroidery gauzy. Plant prints alternate with gingham weaves reminiscent of classic country tablecloths, on the one hand, and botanical seersucker and stripes à jour, on the other.
The minimalist aesthetic is concentrated in the cotton twill, while the textured, inlaid structures and even the fraying on cloth evoke rural atmospheres.
The applications are embellished with leaves and seeds, the labels are made of pyrograph-etched or micro-laser-etched cork. Marbling details and bark-like wooden textures appear on labels and buttons, combined with camouflage zips.
The palette is inspired by bucolic tonalities and the colours of foods found in nature, from the colouring of seeds to those of roots, to organic botany.
